Vice President – Canada Operations
Shayne Musseau is our Vice President of Canada Operations. His role is essential in growing Canadian sales and overall market performance by managing and implementing our Canada Strategic Plan. He oversees the Red Deer and Grande Prairie operations while ensuring timely deliveries of new equipment from our manufacturing plant.
With his industry experience, Mr. Musseau brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his leadership role. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed significantly to our growth, particularly in establishing the rental and recertification department. Before joining the manufacturing side of the industry, Mr. Musseau climbed drilling rigs and worked on service rigs. The transition to a more home-centered life led him to manufacturing, where he excelled and developed a strong service ethic.
His leadership style is based on leading by example. His belief in pulling the team, rather than pushing, mirrors his commitment to inspiring and guiding his team toward their goals.
For Mr. Musseau, one of the most rewarding aspects of his job is problem-solving and offering a helping hand where needed. His approachable demeanor and willingness to step in make him a valued leader within NXL. His vision for the future is to continue growing with the company and maintain the spirit of teamwork and dedication that has become a cornerstone of our success.
