The Hydraulic Pressure Console from NXL Technologies is used to maintain a constant hydraulic pressure and volume reserve to hydraulically operate various combinations of wireline equipment in remote locations. The portable unit provides centralized controls for hydraulically operated WLV’s, the head catcher, and the tool trap, as well as hand pumps to operate the stuffing box and linewiper functions. The unit is operated by providing pressurized air to an air driven hydraulic pump that will build the hydraulic output pressure proportionate to air input pressure at a ratio of 1:40.
